A credit refers to how much it costs to perform a certain action within the platform

| Agent Action | 5 Copilot Credits | Where the copilot has to search through your Dataverse layout or SharePoint. Anything to do with direct retrieval through your MS resources. |
| Tenant Graph Grounding | 10 Copilot Credits | Where copilot searches through all of your MS areas automatically (Work IQ). |
